Seasons of Marriage Series Bundle

SM-BDL-WKSP
$80.00

Bundle Pack: Get all three workshops at a discounted price of $80 for individuals, $135 for couples

These workshops are for married, remarrieds and even engaged couples! Singles are also encouraged to learn effective tools that can be applied to all relationships.

Marriage Intruders: March 17 9am-Noon
Learn the subtle ways ‘life’ gets in the way of building a healthy, strong marriage. Couples grow to tolerate these intrusions as just a ‘normal part’ of marriage and family, rather than take action to change. Learn how to set healthy boundaries to prevent any further distractions in your marriage. Develop steps to be proactive rather than reactive in your marriage.

Marriage for a Lifetime: April 21 9am-Noon
Ever have those days, months, years where you feel you and your spouse are just not on the same page about many things? This seminar will look at “seeking to understand first then to be understood” by identifying and applying the foundational items of knowing your and your spouse’s love language and personality type. Whether they are new concepts to you or you just need a refresher on understanding each other, this highly interactive seminar is for you!

R U Listening?: May 12 9-11am
Gain some practical, easy skills to communicate clearly and effectively with your spouse. Building on the previous seminars, identify the difference between hearing vs. listening and how to speak and listen so that both of you can be understood instead of misunderstood. This seminar will give you plenty of ‘practice time’ to apply all material immediately.

Supporting and Celebrating the End of Life:

Preventing Burn Out in the Caregiver:

The warning signs are all there, now what do I do about them?  Learn practical self-care strategies while caring for your loved one. You can’t afford to wait, turn things around now!

Planning for Long Term Care:

We will work toward an understanding of viable options for LTC.  Let us help you to navigate the topics of Medicare, Medicaid and VA assistance programs.  Receive practical suggestions for managing and optimizing your loved one’s LTC.  This workshop will be hosted by Norman E. Richards, an attorney at Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC.
