Bipolar Workshop – for family and friends too: - TrueNorth has created this workshop to specifically educate people about Bipolar Mood Disorders. This four hour workshop will introduce you to the different kinds of Bipolar Disorder, and the professional terms associated with treatment. You will receive the tools necessary to begin preparing a crisis plan and awellness plan for your loved one. You will hear testimonies from people who have the disorder to help you to understand things from another perspective. Our workshop is loaded with pertinent information necessary to navigate through the medications used in the treatment of Bipolar Disorder and the mandates of insurance companies. Participate in a brief support group, and take full advantage of our question and answer sessions.
