Lynn has a Master of Arts in counseling from Lincoln Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in communications from Illinois State University.

Lynn is a relationship expert with experience specializing in the areas of life transition (career, divorce, etc.). Couples and Gen Y (under age 30). Lynn also specializes in foster children and their families.
Lynn’s 20-year counseling experience also includes these areas of expertise: Crisis management, abuse & neglect, premarried & marriage.
Lynn’s ministry work includes: premarital retreats and mentoring with her husband; Royal Family Kids’ Camp staff-a camp for foster children; Royal Friends’ Club mentoring director-ongoing mentoring club for RFKC camp kids; Orphan care ministry leadership team at her church; And mentoring her three daughters.
Lynn has spoken to corporate and ministry-related audiences for 20 years. Speaking to thousands of people over the years has given her a diverse understanding of relationship and people dynamics.
